Debbie Straube is the Chief of Staff at Teslar Software, a provider of lending process automation tools for community financial institutions.

In this role, Debbie provides strategic and operational support to Teslar’s executive team while building cohesion across the company to meet goals aligned with our core values.

Prior to joining the team, Debbie spent much of her career with one of the world’s largest retailers, where she held various roles involving the supervision of daily operations, project management, and facilitating communication across the globe. Her extensive background also includes serving in executive assistant positions, providing support and guidance to company leadership.

Outside of Teslar, one of Debbie’s favorite roles is being GG to her two beloved grandchildren. She also enjoys the company of friends and family, being out on the water, discovering unique items to refurbish or resell, and working on her barndominium.
