Camille Phillips is an industry veteran with over 35 years of experience in banking – including small community banks, large institutions, the FDIC, and private consulting. 

Prior to her retirement in 2023, Camille served as Senior Vice President and Risk Officer of Today’s Bank. Her core responsibilities covered Information Technology, Audit, Regulatory, and Credit Administration with management oversight to Loan Operations, Compliance, CRA, Security (Physical and Information), and Training.

In addition to serving on Teslar’s Board of Directors, Camille also serves on advisory councils and volunteers in several other capacities. She holds a B.S.B.A. in Business Administration (Management & Finance) from Louisiana State University.

Outside of work, Camille enjoys travel, learning about other cultures, languages, trying new cuisines, writing poetry and prose, and photography. She currently resides in Northwest Arkansas.
