As Chief of Staff at Teslar Software, Courtney serves as right hand to the CEO—helping to manage tasks and priorities, spearhead key projects, provide strategic and operational support to the executive team, and strengthen internal communication company-wide.

Prior to stepping into this role, Courtney led Teslar’s inbound and outbound marketing efforts as Vice President of Marketing, strengthening the company’s brand and market presence. Before joining Teslar, she spent nearly 10 years in community banking, working in management, training, and marketing roles. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Arkansas.

Outside of Teslar, Courtney enjoys crafting, gardening, and spending time with her husband and daughter. She currently resides in Northwest Arkansas.
