He serves as Managing Director for the Conductor, is Co-founder of Cadron Capital Partners, and teaches entrepreneurial finance and innovation leadership at the University of Central Arkansas. Formerly a VP for Acxiom Corporation, he has led established and start-up businesses across the globe.

Dr. Standridge is a three-time best-selling author, speaker, trainer, and consultant for numerous organizations across five continents. His dynamic background includes a decade in healthcare and serving in the U.S. Army National Guard and on the Angel Flight helicopter transport team.

Dr. Standridge holds a Doctor of Education with special work in leadership and organizational development and a Master of Education with special work in human resource development.

He is an instrument-rated, single/multi-engine pilot and lives in Conway, Arkansas with his wife, Lori.
