Rachael Carter is the SVP of Client Success at Teslar Software, a provider of lending process automation tools for community financial institutions.

In this role, Rachael is responsible for the customer success strategy and overseeing the successful execution of the post sales customer journey. She leads the client advocacy and training teams to provide value propositions to clients and working cross-functionally to ensure Client Success serves as a bridge between Teslar teams and the customer.

Rachael is a longstanding member of the Teslar team and has served in many roles in the client success and sales departments. Prior to joining the team, Rachael worked as a Technology Project Manager for a local software company. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Arkansas, which she earned while working full time and being a mother of two.

Outside of Teslar, Rachael enjoys hiking, biking, baking, and all things crafty. She is also the PTO President of her children’s elementary school and is a wife and mother of three.
