As SVP of Revenue Operations, Rachael supports the sales team in driving revenue growth and strategic initiatives. She leads the Business Development team and collaborates closely with sales leadership to maximize pipeline growth and align resources to optimize impact. With a data-driven mindset and background in client success, Rachael helps ensure the sales team is equipped to build meaningful relationships and convert opportunities into long-term value.

Rachael is a longstanding member of the Teslar team and has served in many roles in the client success and sales departments. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a Technology Project Manager for a local software company. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Arkansas, which she earned while working full time and being a mother of two.

Outside of Teslar, she enjoys hiking, biking, baking, and all things crafty. She is also the PTO President of her children’s elementary school and is a mother of three.
