As Vice President of Security and Architecture, Will focuses on the design, security, and long-term structure of the company’s applications, helping ensure the platform remains reliable, scalable, and built to support continued growth.

Will has held a variety of technical and leadership roles and is known for approaching problems with a systems mindset. He enjoys working through complex challenges and helping guide teams toward practical, well-designed solutions that stand the test of time.

Outside of Teslar, Will is a longtime audio engineer and musician who has spent more than two decades working with recording, sound design, and music production. He enjoys hands-on technical projects, including building quadcopters, wrenching on cars, and experimenting with new technologies that combine engineering and creativity.
